A Life-Changing Program to Practice Mindfulness Daily
It’s not hard to be mindful. It’s hard to remember to be mindful. Mindfulness is a simple concept—the practice of being aware of your experiences in the present moment. Your Mindful Year is an interactive life-changing online program that guides and supports you to live mindfully for an entire year.
One intention is provided for you every month and you will be guided through a variety of mindfulness practices including deep breathing, meditation, movement, body scan and journaling with audio, video and written instruction. You can download these practices or access them on your computer. The goal is to practice a minimum of 5 minutes a day.
