- Attend live on February 19 or listen to the 5 minute audio introduction below. The official day of the challenge begins March 1 and ends March 31.
- Choose one of the 5 minute guided mindfulness practices on this page or use the practice or tip that is texted to you every day.
- Keep a record of what you do each day. The challenge is to practice a minimum of 5 minutes for the next 30 days. If you miss a day, you can pick it up the next day.
- You can practice anytime that works for you:
- Practice first thing upon rising to set the tone for your day. (highly recommended)
- Take a 5 minute “mindfulness break” during your day.
- Practice as a transition exercise from work to home or before you go to bed.
- You will receive daily text and weekly email and have unlimited online support for any questions or comments you have about the practice for 30 days.
- Everyone who completes the challenge, which requires you to take the pre-challenge stress survey, practice as many days as possible, and take the post-challenge survey, will receive a special gift from CNO Financial.
